Who says you have to be flat broke in order to
be fabulous?
I know we all sometimes got to “da left” and get to thinking in order to look like something we have to spend all our hard earned dollars trying to be like “BeyonJ“, Mariah, Paris or whoever you emulate in “La-la land”. Me personally, I am a full figured diva and I need to maintain what I was blessed with meaning “damn the shoes I gotta eat!”, so my shopping is always an adventure in frugality. I want everything for nothing and nine out of ten I usually get just that. I mean I love nice things but I don’t plan to pay alot for them. I look at every shopping trip no matter where I am or what the budget as “Let’s Make a Deal”.
I looooooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee to shop. I love to get good deals whether its Macy’s, the Dollar Tree (who doesn’t love Chez Dollaire?), E-bay or someone’s yard sale I am and the booty from makeup “master deals” to shoe steals. I am a master at haggling and I will wait something out until it fits into my budget and have been known to revive an outdated find or two! I always have people telling me I should shop for a living the way I find deals….alas all that mall bending does sound fun…but my Journey would be devastated if we had to take up residence in a cardboard box, so I will do it virtually..plus if it was work it wouldn’t be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
